


We innovated designing a new FinTech product specially crafted to
break down the barriers that exist to obtain credit.
We addressed the problem of credits and digital inclusion in FinTech all over LATAM, by building a completely digital mobile customer service inside a credit card product, available 24 hours a day, the goal was to make it easy for anyone to get a credit, we used UX and CX techniques to build the simplest yet powerful and secure credit card.
